The shelving system has been much admired by many of our staff and personnel are travelling from our other offices in the West Mercia region to inspect your installation as it has become widely talked about and we should start filling the shelves shortly.

I am writing to say how pleased I am with the mobile shelving system which was installed at the end of July.
I cannot, speak highly enough of your installation engineers, who were always punctual, polite, efficient and always tidied up after themselves.
The shelving unit not only looks nice, but is very light and quiet to move. The other university campus library has a similar unit, supplied by one of your competitors, and is much heavier and is cumbersome to operate - and doesn't look as nice either! My colleagues are quite envious.
I would also like to say that in all of the correspondence and telephone conversations I had with you and your staff, everyone was pleasant, and did everything they said they would. I wish more companies had the same high standards.
Basically I have been very impressed with the service you provide and the quality of your product, and would not hesitate to recommend you to others.

Re: Installation of mobile shelving at BMA Library
I am writing to say how pleased I am with the mobile shelving system which your company installed at the BMA library.
From the inception of the project through to the final installation everyone involved at Invicta were professional, efficient, punctual and polite. I was extremely impressed with the installation engineers who were hard working and always cleared up after themselves.
The shelving system is fantastic and my team are now able to work more efficiently as the shelving is so easy to move. We particularly like the flooring that was placed on the original floor to house the rolling mechanism. This gives the whole system a stability that we probably wouldn't have achieved if the stacks and mechanism have been placed on the original flooring.
Please pass my thanks on to the team involved with this project. I couldn't have asked for a more professional outfit. I would not hesitate in recommending your company and service to others
